Girl In The Trunk Is Not A Contortionist

From Jill Ciminillo...
Toyota Prius heated seat button
Similar to the awkward placement of the USB ports in the Honda HR-V that I mentioned at the beginning of this column, the Prius has a similarly ill-placed feature: the heated seat button. It's underneath the gear selector in a far-forward position that will have you stretching and twisting at an odd angle just to hit the button. I suppose the "good" news is that you won't have to worry about this button unless you opt for the higher trim levels. The heated seats are only on the Prius Four and Four Touring trims, which come standard with the SofTex-trimmed seats with 8-way power adjustments. Base price for the Prius is $25,035, but the Prius Four starts at $29,485.
Who is Jill, you ask? Well, she got her start as The Girl In The Trunk. No, that's not a euphemism. That's what she did. Have people take pictures of her in various trunks. Here she is on her own site...
Apropos of very little, search Google and you get this...
All of which is to say, while Ms. Ciminillo's approach may not be mine. I agree with her on the awkward placement of that particular control. And, well, the awkward placement of a lot of Prius interior features.
